Young beef of Red cattle – is a dietary and worth food
Traditionally, people use young beef of the Red cattle for dietary and therapeutic purposes to treatment of gastric ulcer, gallstone and liver illnesses.
As compared to mature beef, the quantity of fat in the young beef is lower than 10% and total calorie is 15% less. However, the content of protein is higher by 1.9% and volatile fat acids by 2-3 times.
